Section 1 prioritises truthful disclosure and proper exercise of rights. We do not promise tax avoidance or guaranteed savings. We review real economic and family reasons, legal limits and documentary requirements.
Scope of engagement
The initial discussion defines the work and required records. Individual analysis may produce a written legal summary, open-issue list and documentation plan. Scope and fees are agreed separately; in-person and online meetings are available.

Can I request a confidential consultation at my home or office?
Yes. We offer consultations at clients’ premises throughout Hungary, at a time and location agreed in advance. A designated matter lead coordinates the arrangements; you do not need to send confidential documents or wealth details with your initial enquiry.
What does the six-person boutique team mean for my matter?
A designated matter lead, the coordinated knowledge and capacity of several colleagues, and multilingual collaboration. Your lead coordinates tasks, any necessary specialist input and communication as agreed with you.
Does attorney confidentiality protect only information included in the return?
No. It covers facts, information and data learned in the course of legal practice, not only return data. The duty continues after the engagement, subject to statutory exceptions. It does not exempt clients from their own filing or disclosure obligations.
